Voice Description / Bio

Dan has a natural northern accent, ranging from a fun and vibrant cheeky chappy to a warm and reassuring style read. He can also provide innumerable accents and character voices perfect for video games and audio drama. Dan is a versatile actor and musician, recently having appeared in Mike Leigh’s latest film Peterloo. He trained at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA) in London, whom he represented in the BBC's Carleton Hobbs Radio Award, winning the 'Best Team' commendation. His voice has appeared in campaigns for the likes of Iceland, Amazon, Direct Line/Green Flag and the People's Health Trust among others. He has provided countless weird and wonderful character voices for video games including the BAFTA award-winning Divinity: Original Sin 2, Pillars Of Eternity II: Deadfire, Seven: The Days Long Gone, and Ryse: Son of Rome. As a narrator and producer of audiobooks Dan has numerous titles available on Audible, including the Blue Peter Book of the Year: Podkin One Ear. He is a talented high-baritone singer and musician, and a very skilled sight reader.
