Character
Dan is a versatile actor and musician, recently having appeared in Mike Leigh’s latest film Peterloo. He trained at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA) in London, whom he represented in the BBC's Carleton Hobbs Radio Award, winning the 'Best Team' commendation. His voice has appeared in campaigns for the likes of Iceland, Amazon, Direct Line/Green Flag and the People's Health Trust among others.
He has provided countless weird and wonderful character voices for video games including the BAFTA award-winning Divinity: Original Sin 2, Pillars Of Eternity II: Deadfire, Seven: The Days Long Gone, and Ryse: Son of Rome. As a narrator and producer of audiobooks Dan has numerous titles available on Audible, including the Blue Peter Book of the Year: Podkin One Ear. He is a talented high-baritone singer and musician, and a very skilled sight reader.
Since graduating Dan has performed in regional theatres across England and Wales right up to repertory theatre in Scotland, as well as a musical in Hong Kong. In addition to being an Offie award-nominated Sound Designer he has also produced his own musical plays in London, to festivals, and on tour. He has voiced multiple productions for audio drama producers Big Finish, including principal roles in their reboot of ‘Torchwood’ and 'The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’.
