Robin's natural voice is a warm, clear, well-spoken, soft Scottish. He has an excellent ear for accents, allowing him to move easily between vastly differing global dialects and has voiced numerous campaigns in English RP.

Biography

Robin is a professional Scottish actor. He has worked for nearly 25 years on stage, radio, television, film and as a voiceover.
As a character actor Robin has voiced everything from cockneys and aristocrats to fantastical characters and famous historical figures.
On BBC radio, he has appeared regularly in their afternoon plays, including several award-winning productions, as well as recording readings and Books of the Week. He has also recorded many audiobooks, both fiction and non-fiction, for adults and children.
On television Robin has voiced several documentaries for the BBC, Channel 4 and Channel five.

For two years, he was the voice of AMVBBDO's 'Think Lotto' campaign for The National Lottery and was the UK-wide voice for McCann's multi-award-winning Aldi campaign for several years.
In addition, he has provided, and continues to provide, voiceovers for The Scottish Government, Royal Bank of Scotland, Scottish Power, M&S, ASDA, University of Edinburgh, Celaton, Ordnance Survey, Arco and Visa among many others.
