Voice Description / Bio

Melanie's voice is rich, sexy, warm, clear and smooth making it very easy and inviting to listen to. Her vast experience has enabled her to have the ability to produce voice over work in a very professional manner and importantly she is fun to work with. Melanie is both a voice over artist and actress, trained at the Arts Educational Drama Schools. She then went on to do numerous radio plays, playing various characters such as, Cordelia in King Lear to a northern mum. She has also done an array of commercial voiceover work for companies such as Saga, Sainsbury's Supermarkets, thriller books and new album releases. Melanie played the voice for Teacher’s TV for 2 years regularly updating their website and their web talks. Being a trained actress has allowed Melanie to voice a huge range of jobs from technical corporate reads to characters and commercials. Plus her experience working with scripts allows for excellent sight reading, last minute changes and fast turn around times.
